Before accessing the products supplied by the site, the User is obliged to read these General Terms and Conditions of Sale which are generally and unequivocally accepted at the time of purchase.The customer, with the execution of the purchase order through the site onirs.it, accepts unconditionally and undertakes to comply with these present general conditions of sale, as well as the payment terms illustrated below, declaring to have read and accepted all the directions provided to him, and also takes note that Onirs does not consider itself bound by conditions other than those present, unless previously agreed in writing. The delivery of products is carried out at the address indicated by the Customer, only after regular payment of the order forwarded to Onirs. Delivery times may vary from the day of the order at a maximum of 15 working days from the confirmation of the same. Period of return

All sunglasses sold on the onirs.it site are covered by the 24 month Legal Warranty. The seller is responsible for any defect in the products offered on the site, including non-compliance of the items with the products ordered in accordance with the provisions of Articles 129 and 130 of the Consumer Code. This warranty is valid on the condition that the lack of conformity occurs within 24 months from the date of purchase, that the purchaser presents a formal complaint regarding the defects within a maximum of 2 months from the date on which the defect was from this last recognized.
